Business Process Associate

Because of that, we have work from home opportunities, and are looking to hire Business Processes Associate - that will transition to our on-site Conklin & Deposit NY locations once business returns to normal operations.

Description: Performs business process duties related to accounts receivable functions of refunding based on source payments and accuracy of payment. Inputs data into client systems:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Inputs cash receipts into client systems. Verifies data entered for correctness. Refunds payments to client customers. Completes all required Compliance training within scheduled time. Enters alphabetic and numeric information from source documents into computer following format displayed on screen and enters necessary information. Examines work for exactness in support of quality standards. Work to achieve acceptable rate and quality levels. Works required queues as directed to meet client requirements. Supports co- employees in performing job duties to meet client requirements. Potential to cross-train in other departments if needed to meet company daily production commitments. Work required overtime as needed to meet demands. Adhere to all policy and procedures relevant to job/position.
